You want to get started with professional Dashloggers ?
Here it is, the Motec SDL.
A raw overview
- A dash which can be used stand alone ( without necessity of Motec ECU's )
- Accepts close to EVERY Sensor you've laying around, or already onboard of your Motorcycle,because
- The SDL has all Inputs free programable , and you are able to write your own tables for each Sensor
- unbeaten Contrast of the Dash
- CNC machined housing, black anodized
- produced under Military Specs requirements for maximum durability and reliability
- Optional Datalogger, max. 8Mb
- Analysis of logged Data with professional Software ( free downloadable )
- Over 200 channels can be derived from a mixture of Analogue, Digital, RS232 Serial and CAN bus data channels.

- Infrared tyre temperatures
- Brake rotor temperatures
- Suspension positions
- Damper velocities
- Suspension forces
- Chassis strain
- Ride heights
- G Forces
- Vehicle yaw

Some more Features :
- 20 different Alarms programmable as Text with combined Warning light or not.
- The Motec SLM can be driven by the SDL via Can-Bus
- RPM Bargraph free programable, you need:
- 0 to 16000 ?... program it
- 0 bis 10000 ? ... program it
- 6000 bis 11000 ? .... program it
- 8500 bis 17000 ? ........ no prob... and so on
- The Dash nearly allows everything to display what you like
- 10 Bottom lines with each 3 Informations you can scroll throug
- 1 Override programmable ( does override the Bottom-line in Case condition for override is "true)
- Programmed Alarms even so override the "Override"
- Programmable Gear detection
- Laptimes per Motec Beacon or Button
- Individual Logging Setup, each channel can be programmed to be logged from 1Hz to 200 Hz.
